Rooted in Community. Committed to Local.

At Meraki Hospitality Group, community isn't something we support from the sidelines—it's part of how we do business every day. From sourcing ingredients close to home to supporting local organizations and causes, we believe the strongest communities are built through lasting relationships and a shared commitment to Northwest Indiana.

That commitment begins with the people who grow our food. Partnerships with producers like Howe Farms, whose heritage pork is raised just minutes from our kitchens, and Region Roots, Northwest Indiana's local food hub connecting restaurants with regional farmers, allow us to celebrate the people, products, and traditions that make our region unique. As those relationships have grown, they've also helped shape new ideas—like the inaugural Whole Hog Invitational, where chefs, farmers, and guests will come together this October 2026 to celebrate local agriculture, whole animal utilization, and the connections that strengthen our regional food community.

Our commitment extends beyond the table through local sponsorships, charitable partnerships, and the organizations that help strengthen our communities. We believe supporting local matters—not only because it builds stronger relationships, but because dollars spent close to home create a lasting ripple effect. Studies suggest that up to 80 cents of every dollar spent with a local business may continue circulating within the local economy, supporting neighboring businesses, local jobs, and the communities we all call home.
